In this 8 week program, we dive deeper into understanding your CORE, how to recruit the muscles correctly, and how to execute movement and exercise efficiently. This program is perfect for anyone who wanting to get stronger, faster, prevent injury, and discover true power in performance.

In our 8 sessions together, online, you’ll receive recorded content, and have access to me, directly via the Marco Polo App (link for download included in your sign up email) for any questions and concerns along the way.
